Want to learn more chemistry?  Look no further than your kitchen!  From edible glass potato chips to naked eggs, we will explore the four basic food molecules–water, lipids, carbohydrates, and proteins–and the magical combinations they create when they come together.  You can expect to get recipes to try at home, see demonstrations and short videos, conduct labs and other activities, and learn the science behind it all!
