In this course, students will dive into the exciting world of design and creativity as they invent their very own toy or game. Through brainstorming sessions, collaboration, and trial builds, learners will explore the principles of engineering, art, and play. Students will conceptualize their ideas, develop prototypes, and test their creations while considering aspects such as functionality, marketability, and user experience. This course encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork, allowing young inventors to unleash their imagination and bring their unique visions to life. By the end of the class, each student will have a one-of-a-kind toy or game to showcase and share with their peers!

A MITY Adventure Awaits

MITY’s summer program for elementary students enables curious, high achieving students to continue their learning in a fun environment. Classes are intentionally designed to spark curiosity and expose students to new ways of thinking. Advanced learners also have the opportunity to socialize and play games with peers who share their passion for learning. Students can attend full day or half day, and extended care is available for families who need it.
