MITY’s summer program for elementary students enables curious, high achieving students to continue their learning in a fun environment. Classes are intentionally designed to spark curiosity and expose students to new ways of thinking. Advanced learners also have the opportunity to socialize and play games with peers who share their passion for learning. Students can attend full day or half day, and extended care is available for families who need it.

- Session A: June 17 - 21 (M - F)
- Session B: June 24 - 28 (M - F)

- Full Day: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Morning Only: 9:00 AM – Noon
- Afternoon Only: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Extended Care Hours: 7:30 - 9:00 AM and 4:00 - 5:00 PM

Program Cost:
- Full Day: $450; Each Additional Elementary Sibling: $400
- Half Day: $225; Each Additional Elementary Sibling: $200
- Financial aid is available
- $50 discount if attend sessions A and B*

Application Information
Eligibility:
- Students currently in grades 1 - 4 (entering grades 2 - 5 in the fall)
Application Timeline:
- January 10: Applications available
- May 1: Financial aid offers extended
- MITY uses a rolling admissions process, meaning that applications are reviewed as they are received. When a class is full, it is labeled "waitlist" on the website and on the application.

- None ($100 non-refundable deposit required with application)

Before & After Care Options
- Supervised care is available for our families in the morning from 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM and after classes from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Students can play games, read, or do crafts during this time. The cost is $40 for before OR after care, or $75 for both. Students who need extended care must sign up for the entire session; drop-in care is not available.
- A late fee of $15 per 15 minutes will be charged for students picked up after 5:00 PM. Your invoice will reflect if you have signed up for extended care.
- Students NOT enrolled in extended day need to arrive after 8:45 AM and be picked up promptly at 4:00 PM.
- There is no after care on Fridays.
Lunch & Rec Program For Full Day Students
- Students should bring a lunch, water bottle and two snacks each day. Food is not available for purchase on-site.
- Each day after lunch, students participate in a variety of activities that enable them to socialize with students outside of their classes.
- Students can choose quieter activities such as crafts, reading and board games, or more active things like soccer, Capture the Flag and playing on the playground.
