Brenda Hudson

Brenda is a writer and teaching artist who is passionate about helping others voice their lives through creative storytelling and book arts. She earned an MS in journalism from Boston University and a PhD from the University of Minnesota’s Department of Writing Studies. In addition to teaching at the Loft Literary Center, the Madeline Island School of the Arts, and at schools, libraries, and historical societies, Brenda works with amazing children facing rare and chronic health conditions and their equally amazing families to help tell their stories.
