Starting with development, students will learn how neurons make connections, strengthen and make a complete human brain. We will explore topics such as brain diseases, headaches, why your brain needs sleep, neurotransmitters and depression, and autism. Students will engage in a range of activities including virtual dissection to infer structure vs function, memory tasks, and discovery of the processing senses.
