Do you enjoy telling stories or pretending to be somebody else? Have you ever wanted to be on stage? Join us to learn more about performing and acting! Young thespians will learn to use their Actor Tools – body, face, voice, imagination – throughout the session. We will start each class with a movement/vocal warm-up and then explore improv and theater games to build a class ensemble. This will lead us to create and perform small partner and group performances to film for families! *Please know – if you have stage-fright, this is a low-risk class where we will talk about how to have more confidence on the stage!

A MITY Adventure Awaits
MITY’s summer program for elementary students enables curious, high achieving students to continue their learning in a fun environment. Classes are intentionally designed to spark curiosity and expose students to new ways of thinking. Advanced learners also have the opportunity to socialize and play games with peers who share their passion for learning. Students can attend full day or half day, and extended care is available for families who need it.
