Leadership and advocacy have been central to my teaching career since I embarked on my journey as an art educator over 16 years ago. Presently, I am the Middle level art educator at St. Paul Academy and Summit School. Beyond my role within the art classroom, I am actively engaged in advocating for art education as the President of the Art Educators of Minnesota. AEM is dedicated to ensuring equitable access to art education for all students across the state. One of the most rewarding aspects of art teaching is witnessing the creative potential unleashed in each and every individual. I look forward to providing a positive and motivating experience for your middle school artist.
