Angela has been a teacher and instructional coach for two decades and finds joy in continuous learning. Before moving to Minnesota, Dr. Boyer developed a toolbox of instructional strategies and professional development experiences as an educator in Nebraska and Missouri. She received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska, her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction through Doane University, and her Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri. Over the years, she has worked at numerous K-8 schools and currently serves as the Elementary Teaching & Learning Coordinator for Lakeville Area Schools. Her primary role with Lakeville is focused on Math Implementation and Advanced Learning services for K-5. When she’s not wearing her educator’s hat, she can be found cheering on her teenage son in his athletic adventures or spending time with her nieces and nephew.
