Changó Cummings

Changó is a Twin Cities based Architectural designer/Artist and storyteller. His practice jumps between art, design, placemaking and community building. Changó’s work is rooted in the local community, having worked for over 10 years in Minneapolis/NYC art and community spaces. He also has a corporate design background in Museum/exhibit design and residential architecture. Much of his work lives within the public realm, including buildings, transit corridors, parks, plazas and in between spaces. Changó always looks to broaden the scope of design and development by putting people and community first.
