Learn to cope with the stress of everyday life through a variety of art techniques and mindfulness activities. Explore everything from watercolor painting, coloring and clay modeling to help alleviate and direct your energy in a productive and creative way. Each class will start with a guided mindfulness lesson and will be followed up with a new and creative approach to our favorite art mediums. This class is the perfect way to learn skills and techniques in both stress management and innovative art. ($10 course fee for materials)
