Laura has been teaching in the Lakeville Area Public Schools for more than two decades and is currently the third grade Ignite! teacher in a full-time gifted classroom. She’s a proud third generation teacher who loves the curiosity of children and finding ways to explore their passions. Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and completed her Masters Degree at St. Mary’s University. She has been an adjunct professor for Minnesota State University and has been teaching piano students for the past 15 years. Laura loves spending time with her family, traveling and any activity outdoors.
