Dr. Bimpe Diji

Dr. Diji is a dedicated educator who has been teaching psychology since 2004. She holds a B.S. in Psychology, an M.S. in Industrial Psychology, and a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology (General). In addition to teaching, she is well-versed in the “Read Right” methodology, which empowers struggling readers to excel. She actively engages in student assessment at various levels and contributes to the Advanced Placement (AP) research reading program. Dr. Diji’s commitment to education also extends to K-12 settings, including teaching responsibilities at Global Online Academy (GOA) and the Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) program which is designed to bridge the achievement gap and prepare high-potential students for college. As a passionate advocate for student success, she previously chaired the board of Innovation, Science and Technology Academy, a charter school in the North Metro Area in Minnesota. She continues to serve as a board member.
