Design, build, and play your very own video game from scratch! Students will create a platform-style game using Construct 3, a visual coding platform that teaches students the basics and structure of programming. You will learn how games are put together as you design characters, build levels, and program actions using simple drag-and-drop coding. We’ll experiment with power-ups, enemies, and boss battles to make each game exciting and fun. Bring a USB drive to save your games on the last day. ($25 class fee)

A MITY Adventure Awaits
MITY’s summer program for elementary students enables curious, high achieving students to continue their learning in a fun environment. Classes are intentionally designed to spark curiosity and expose students to new ways of thinking. Advanced learners also have the opportunity to socialize and play games with peers who share their passion for learning. Students can attend full day or half day, and extended care is available for families who need it.
