Lydia is a MITY alumna and graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) where she majored in computer science, but spent a lot of time developing her knowledge in other fields like digital forensics, business, and film. She has been involved in the education space for the past decade, serving as a learning assistant for Hamline University’s Renewable Energy Summer Camp for 9-12th graders, working for USC’s K-12 STEM Center’s CS@SC Coding Camps, being a teaching assistant for USC Marshall School of Business, and much more. Outside of education and her job as a business analyst for Capital One, Lydia loves spending time with animals, including her two tuxedo cats, balloon twisting, and trying a variety of activities from skiing to dancing.
