Hail and well met, traveler! Welcome to the wonderful Realm of Cardboard! In this crafting and design class, students will bring their most ambitious ideas to life with nothing more than cardboard, glue, and creativity. Working both independently and collaboratively, students will learn the basics of cardboard-building while honing their powers of artistic conceptualization and on-the-spot problem solving. Students will construct whole fantastical worlds and work as a team to bring the stories of those worlds to life. Whether you are an aspiring architect, blacksmith, or actor, there is room for all in the Realm of Cardboard!

For 1st – 5th Grade Students
A New Adventure Every Weekend
MITY's program for elementary students enables inquisitive, high achieving 1st - 5th grade students to continue learning outside of the traditional classroom. Courses are intentionally designed to inspire inquiry, activate imaginations, and engage eager learners in hands on discovery that is not possible within a regular classroom setting. While students are in class, parents are invited to listen to professional speakers on topics related to raising bright children, socialize with other parents, or visit a local coffee shop.
