Bring your imagination to life in three dimensions with clay! In this class, you will learn a variety of sculpture techniques and surface design strategies. Together we will explore the unique properties of clay through a series of projects, including functional forms (cups, bowls, lanterns), figurative pieces (bust sculpture, figurative sculpture), and even pure abstract imaginings of positive and negative space. Be ready to visualize in 3D and think with your hands! All are welcome, including beginners and more advanced students.
