This class is a series of simulations that will touch on all areas of economics and how they affect our daily lives. The class will show how economics drives almost all of our decisions. We will do simulations to show scarcity, opportunity costs, trade-offs, the function of money, the stock market, globalization, fiscal policies, circular flow, and many more of your favorite economic hits. We will also be incorporating the LifeSmarts program, a national school-based economics competition. The class will culminate with a fun Shark Tank-style business plan presentation by each student on a product that they “create”. We will supply the opportunities to meet all of your economic demands.
