Get ready to explore the world from the ground beneath our feet to the sky above! In this hands-on class, students will explore a new branch of engineering each day. We will design bridges and towers like civil engineers, and tinker with forces and motion like mechanical engineers. We’ll investigate surprising material reactions in chemical engineering, and dream up eco-friendly solutions in environmental engineering. We will finish the week by taking to the skies with aerospace engineering as we experiment with flight and aerodynamics. Students will design, test, improve, and present their projects in this fast-paced, teamwork-powered adventure.

A MITY Adventure Awaits
MITY’s summer program for elementary students enables curious, high achieving students to continue their learning in a fun environment. Classes are intentionally designed to spark curiosity and expose students to new ways of thinking. Advanced learners also have the opportunity to socialize and play games with peers who share their passion for learning. Students can attend full day or half day, and extended care is available for families who need it.
