Weather affects our daily lives, including what happens on the other side of the planet. In this hands-on class, students will discover how weather forms and what influences it. We will explore topics such as cloud types, thunderstorms, hurricanes, and how meteorologists predict the weather. Through experiments, games, and outdoor observations, students will learn to measure temperature, wind speed, and air pressure, and understand how these elements shape the environment around us. If you’re curious about weather phenomena and the science behind storms and weather patterns, this is the class for you!
