Whoever said you couldn’t solve the world’s problems with LEGO® bricks? Join us as we learn about the process real inventors go through while we design, build and program robotic models to solve problems using LEGO® bricks and robotics. We’ll use sensors, different gear and pulley systems and coding in open-ended ways to create things like safety fans, a sheep herder and a home security system. If you enjoy tinkering, pulling things apart to see how they work, and inventing new things, this is the class for you! ($25 class fee)

A MITY Adventure Awaits
MITY’s summer program for elementary students enables curious, high achieving students to continue their learning in a fun environment. Classes are intentionally designed to spark curiosity and expose students to new ways of thinking. Advanced learners also have the opportunity to socialize and play games with peers who share their passion for learning. Students can attend full day or half day, and extended care is available for families who need it.
