Do you like to make up stories? In this fun class, young actors will create their own original work on the spot! We will cover the basics of improvisation (yes, and…) and explore character, setting, storytelling, and teamwork. The skills learned in improv—listening, communication, problem solving, and collaboration—are useful in all areas of our lives. At the end of the week, we will create an Improv Showcase we can film to share with families.

A MITY Adventure Awaits
MITY’s summer program for elementary students enables curious, high achieving students to continue their learning in a fun environment. Classes are intentionally designed to spark curiosity and expose students to new ways of thinking. Advanced learners also have the opportunity to socialize and play games with peers who share their passion for learning. Students can attend full day or half day, and extended care is available for families who need it.
