In this class, students will work to complete a variety of vehicle themed Engineering Challenges. Some lessons will challenge students to follow existing instructions to build a predetermined creation while learning about an engineering or physics concept. Most lessons will challenge students to build a vehicle of their own design that meets specific criteria. Their teamwork and STEAM knowledge will be challenged during each lesson, while their creativity has time to shine! ($25 class fee)

A MITY Adventure Awaits
MITY’s summer program for elementary students enables curious, high achieving students to continue their learning in a fun environment. Classes are intentionally designed to spark curiosity and expose students to new ways of thinking. Advanced learners also have the opportunity to socialize and play games with peers who share their passion for learning. Students can attend full day or half day, and extended care is available for families who need it.
