This class pairs logic with imagination, allowing students to blend their scientific knowledge with artistic expression. Students will be introduced to several engineering and physics concepts throughout the week that they will then use to build various designs. While some lessons begin with constructing predetermined structures to reinforce concepts, students will always be challenged to extend their learning by designing and successfully crafting their own creations based on specific criteria and constraints. ($25 class fee)

A MITY Adventure Awaits
MITY’s summer program for elementary students enables curious, high achieving students to continue their learning in a fun environment. Classes are intentionally designed to spark curiosity and expose students to new ways of thinking. Advanced learners also have the opportunity to socialize and play games with peers who share their passion for learning. Students can attend full day or half day, and extended care is available for families who need it.
