Challenged with real issues such as overcrowding and climate change, students will use the engineering design process to create innovative solutions. You will imagine, draft, and build a model city one hundred years in the future using recycled materials. How will you generate clean water and renewable energy sources? What type of infrastructure and public spaces will you construct? Explore these and other questions as you design a city of 2126!

A MITY Adventure Awaits
MITY’s summer program for elementary students enables curious, high achieving students to continue their learning in a fun environment. Classes are intentionally designed to spark curiosity and expose students to new ways of thinking. Advanced learners also have the opportunity to socialize and play games with peers who share their passion for learning. Students can attend full day or half day, and extended care is available for families who need it.
