In this hands-on life science course, students will explore the amazing world of cells, bones, blood, and body systems to discover how living things are built and how they function. Using 3D building materials, students will create models of cells, DNA, and organs while learning about cell structures, inheritance, and systems inside the human body. Through activities and experiments, you will strengthen their scientific inquiry skills by making connections between what you build, what you observe, and how your own body works.

A MITY Adventure Awaits
MITY’s summer program for elementary students enables curious, high achieving students to continue their learning in a fun environment. Classes are intentionally designed to spark curiosity and expose students to new ways of thinking. Advanced learners also have the opportunity to socialize and play games with peers who share their passion for learning. Students can attend full day or half day, and extended care is available for families who need it.
