Jeff started at Dodge Nature Center in the summer of 2019 and moved into the role as Naturalist Liaison to Garlough Environmental Magnet School where he guides over 400 K-4th graders in weekly outdoor inquiry lessons. He previously worked as a naturalist at Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center in Lanesboro for over 15 years connecting people to nature and each other through shared outdoor experiences. Having worked in Northern, Southern, and Western Minnesota, he is excited to have found his way to the Twin Cities. Ask him about caves, glaciers, rattlesnakes, and star gazing.
Dodge Nature Center’s mission is to provide exceptional experiences in nature through environmental education. Founded in 1967, it was one of the first nature centers in Minnesota and is a pioneer in environmental and agricultural education. Thousands of people enjoy Dodge’s programs each year.
