Nicole teaches International Baccalaureate English and Creative Writing at Champlin Park High School and is a former professional actor and improviser. She is also the author of young adult novels Unscripted and The Roof Over Our Heads, the former of which was nominated for a Minnesota Book Award and recognized by the American Library Association as a “Best Book for Teens” in 2020. Nicole loves to knit and run (though usually not at the same time).
