Thinking like an entrepreneur is a valuable skill set whether you want to start a business, learn about innovation and management, or make a positive impact on our world. This course will show you how organizations are started, scaled, and maintained. Topics will include business model development and iteration, market research, budgeting, regulations, marketing, management, and funding. We will speak to real entrepreneurs, create a business plan, discuss current events, and run a simulated Shark Tank game to apply what you’ve learned. By the end of the course, students will have a better understanding of what it takes to innovate and get a new product or service to market as well as how to apply an entrepreneur’s mindset to other areas of their lives.
