How to Apply to EYM

Expand Your Mind has an application process which includes submission of a student’s grades or transcript, a teacher recommendation and a student essay.  Participants in the program attend one course per session, and the application is reviewed for the particular course to which the student is applying.  MITY seeks applicants who demonstrate both academic talent and a passion for learning.  All the requested materials are considered.  Minnesota Institute for Talented Youth does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national or ethnic origin in administration of its education policies, admission policies, or financial aid program.  Students who will be in grades 8 - 12 in the fall of 2017 are considered for admission.
